More
than any outer planet, Uranus sets trends that reflect cultural tastes and
styles. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, so a “first” is expected to
arrive within the next five years. Independence and doing it alone are
trademarks of Aries, which also has the reputation of acting on impulse.
Consequently we could jump into things at a moments’ notice, the proverbial
“jump before you look”, and then end up wishing we had thought better of it.
Uranus
in Aries SPEEDS life up, and faster with each passing year! Have you noticed
how fast the holiday season came and went? Did you notice how fast you made
decisions regarding gifts and/or entertaining? Or perhaps you made plans and
then had to change them, and perhaps again after that? This is Uranus in Aries
which is all about NOW, and not a moment later. This bodes well for “living in
the now” but no forethought after now can mean headaches later.
Uranus
in Aries has a short fuse and little patience. When confronted with a stumbling
block our reaction may be swift and anger can get the best of us. Frustration
can also trigger explosive reactions, which leave as quickly as they came.
Aries reactions never linger, as fast as they come they are gone, and sensitive
types may have a harder time recovering from a heated exchange (which may not
have been targeted at them in the first place).
Uranus
in Aries reminds us of the importance of physical activity, which releases
negative pent up emotions in a more productive way. If channeled through
exercise and activities, we are likely to see more competitiveness within
ourselves emerging. Nothing motivates you more than beating your own negative
expectations. The flip side of the coin can be winning at all costs, with an
inflated ego that wants what it wants when it wants it!
Uranus
in Aries affects the head (in general) and disorders may become more pronounced
as a result. Microwaves are everywhere now, and the impact they have upon our
minds may be forth coming. Specific mention is made relative to how developing
minds that are exposed to way too much stimulation, leading to disorders like
attention deficit disorder. Other age related mental conditions like
Alzheimer’s are likely to be connected to dietary and/or environmental factors.
Uranus
in Aries brings about conditions that are HOT, perhaps through storms and/or
fires. Climate itself will continue to set records, as witnessed two weeks
prior to the 2013 holiday period. Accidents are also likely, as witnessed with
the tsunami that affected Japan (2011). Aries energy prompts this description:
“if it (event) does not kill you in the first five minutes you’ll have a hell
of a story to tell afterwards”. Aries energy goes into autopilot mode when
events occur; thinking is left behind in order the address the most urgent needs
first. To plan ahead for an Aries event is senseless, because you won’t see it
coming (in most cases).
Finally,
Uranus in Aries signals new beginnings for everyone! Beginnings will vary
person to person, but they will take place. For this reason consider what you can
do to help facilitate the process. It’s time to release an old
pattern/situation and to move on
wards from it. Be fearless and brave, not
reckless and stupid. The choice is yours: be reactive or be proactive.
